You never know if a provider is low volume by what they say, how much they charge, or by how many reviews they have.

Just do some research and fine one that appeals to you visually and fits your performance requirements.

Sounds like you want more of a SB/SD type of thing..especially if you do, in fact have a few grand per month to spend on ass.
However, if you just have to have a 'provider' then get a P411 account. Getting a good rep as a Hobbyist and plenty of okays on P411 is kind of like establishing a high FICO score. You have to SPEND MONEY wisely...

It would help if the OP said a bit more about what kind of lady attracts him, and how much time he has.

If you don't invest time and attention you will get what you deserve.

I think the money issue is secondary, it doesn't bring good sex or good looks - but having a bit of 'game' will.

Where do you eat? If you eat alone, what do you do if you see a girl or two by themselves? Send a drink over? Start chatting? Give her your business card and see if she gives her tel. number in return?

What shops do you go to? What do you do if you see a girl trying on a pair of jeans? Compliment her, ask her opinion of your purchase, and offer to pay for hers?

Don't be obvious, feel the signals, but trust me there is a host of gorgeous girls out there who are very happy to give it away all night for a good meal, a bit of attention and gas money.

Main thing is, don't be obvious, don't be creepy, behave like you don't have a care in the world, walk away and see if she follows.

Oh yes, choose a girl who has a circle of other good looking girlfriends, so you can quickly make a stable.

Given you've got a lot of money to burn and seem to be new you may want to take a step back, do some more research, and get your game tight before playing.
