ECCIE is important to me because it, the Hobby, is an outlet for stress. I can meetup with fellow hobbyists for beers, schedule my next GFE session if the SO seems distant, or a PSE session if I just want some mindless kinky sex. Either way this is a place where I can come and leave the stress at work or at home. If I happen across drama, I can just move on or read a different thread. (Who am I kidding though, I will totally lurk and watch the drama unfold)
