Where do you thinck they get the stuff for police auctions from? They don't just sell decommissioned cop cars.

If I show up to a sting driving my car, the same principle can apply. They usually reserve that for felonies, which pandering and pimping is.. Which is what they will assume you are when you let girls use your house to hoe in and you profit from it.

Unknown to me I did rent to a hooker, the hubby had a good job passed the background check --- FYI I do B/Ground checks on all by a service company--- and his wife was a hooker-- over $8000 in damage later plus the months to fix the damage later... 'nuff said... even going to court & sueing them I ain't getting SHIT from them... my vote is "Hell No"... on a side note 4 bedroom is to big for a "bread & butter" rental... sell it or moving into it --- with your Sugar Baby (S).---AND FYI found she was on BP & hooking out of MY HOUSE!!!

^^ That will be your main problem. If you own the house they will assume you're pimping or running a whore house and will charge you with pandering. Which is a felony.
