Another thought...airport security personnel are in a revolt because they have no protective gear and are in close contact with flyers....how willing are they going to be to do a pat down if necessary? This is a perfect time for our enemies to plan another attack via airline. WOW. The countries that are red flagged for possible Ebola and therefore the ones they will be hesitant to get up close and personal with, are largely Muslim. That is dangerous for us in a whole different way than a disease. Please don't take this as a statement about Muslims...rather radicals that have threatened us. (I'm a military mom)Sorry I kinda hijacked

she's saying TSA will avoid pat-downs, and another 911 can happen as a result..
no need for a 911... as the great Statue might say.. "give us your poor, your hungry, your ebola-infected masses"... just come on over and spread your virus.. we won't try to stop you.. and it can do far more damage than 911 did..

Maybe I am reading a different news source than you folks because neither cnn nor fox nor Reuters nor the AP or even the daily mail have reported that TSa is on strike or afraid to do pat downs. I read that the airline plane cleaning staff were complaining but not TSAAlso Liberia is not a Muslim country nor is Nigeria so I am still wondering why ebola and Muslim terrorist are used in the same sentence.

Thinking that TSA will stop doing their job and terrorist would come into this country is sooooo laughable that you have a better chance getting struck by lightening 5 times over in a row.

Why are you people creating fear for no reason. We have gone from ban all travel to Now Isis and Ebola. This is getting out of hand, the human imagination is running amock.

There were times when lady liberty did not welcome all. Many immigrants traveled to this country on ships only to be examined on Elis island and turned away because of typhoid, small pox, consumption. I think the head of the CDC should have to personally hug and welcome every person they allow into the US...maybe invite them to his house and let them swim in his pool lol OK that was petty:-)

Anything with Mel Gibson in it is impossible, he's not even a real person. Do your research guy.

On a side note, all the petty fighting, really? How unprofessional.

My people came over in slave ships, exiled from Canada, by the British, in 1755. Only about two thirds survived the voyage. Many others died when they were abandoned in the swamps of southern Louisiana.
The head of the CDC is an idiot. He said that any major hospital, in the U.S., could handle an Ebola victim. Just another example of electing a President that is an amateur with absolutely no leadership ability.

Why? They are the ones most likely to self monitor and seek treatment at the first sign of fever. js
Just messing with you, Glenn. Don't go all crazy. Lol
