Actually, those are the nice ones as far as I am concerned. The ones I don't want are the guys who text:

"R U avail?" 9 times out of 10 they are in their early 20's and I refuse to see someone that young.

Once, along time ago I had a call from a guy who sounded so elderly and frail that I just invited him over since he called me for a massage. I actually assumed he would be using a cane, at least. So this beautiful new Jeep with dark tinted windows pulls up in my driveway. I'm standing there, waiting for him to get out and my phone rings. It's him, and he is asking me if he can come out. Out steps a gorgeous, beautiful, well dressed extremely young black KID. I knew he tricked me on purpose, I told him no way was I going to see him and that he had to leave because I do not see anyone that is in their 20's. Ever. He argued a little, told me he would pay me but I explained to him I wasn't into young guys at all.

I will take any nice gentleman as long as I would feel safe trapped alone with him in an elevator. That is my twisted measure for who I take as a client.

This is a general rant so nothing personal....

I understand the preferred method of contact and how it sets a tone for the experience. I understand most likely 50% of guys who text R u available, have probably also texted 5 other girls the same thing. However, R u available seems like a perfectly reasonable question to ask someone you are trying to meet up with. If the other 4 don't answer, b/c well that's just annoying, then I guess I'm going to be the one meeting up with that guy. It wont be so annoying when I'm paying my bills on time. I will already have forgot how "annoying" he was when he first contacted me. Hell, I might have forgot about him all together.

I say this b/c lately I keep hearing ladies griping about how guys initially make contact. Often times it's a guy who is totally verifiable, or a guy who might become a regular. If it isn't, it's quite simple to move on. I just don't quite understand being annoyed with people who want to patronize your business. The whole point of running an escort business is to meet clients, have fun, and most importantly generate income. Being persnickety about how generic a guys initially makes contact seems petty. I'm not Judge Judy, I'm a service provider.

Often times guys who make contact in this manner just don't have the best communication skills. It doesn't always mean they are actually annoying. Sometimes they are just shy and a bit awkward. It's hard for some guys to get the nerve to call a girl they know much less a provider they don't know. Sometimes a guy has a big urge to fill in a small window of time. There are several acceptable factors for this somewhat impersonal salutation. The most acceptable one being booking the appointment and benefiting from having an easy going nature.

To the original question. I have always advertised that I don't discriminate based on any of the things listed in this thread. I have seen many people who are as described here and find them just as enjoyable as any.

True, you are correct. It's just that some of these requests go down hill quickly. They may start out with asking for rate info and immediately trying to jack it down unreasonably and then you know you are dealing with a jerk. Happens so damn much it's pathetic.

Or, in my case when I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and they have no respect for me or themselves. They now have your incall if you don't work out of a motel and guess who shows up unannounced wanting to talk you into a free session. Some guys mistake a cheerful personality with stupidity. Happens alot.

I have a burner phone and texting costs me so much more than calling. I answer an unknown text with "u need to call pls" and all I get back is another text and they won't bother to call me back at all. I have been at this for over 4 years. If they cannot bother to speak to me first then I have no idea who I am communicating with. There is no way in hell I am inviting a stranger to my incall via text. I don't need money that bad. I'll just wait for someone who is willing to call. Works for me.

Now I see where the frustration steams from. There are so many unlimited non contract plans out there which start for as low as $30 a month. I use a carrier which allowed me to register my phone online or over the phone.

If you prefer calls then why not just call them back. I agree with you in that I will never book without actually speaking to a gent. I think being flexible is key here.

Actually, I was complaining about repeat clients I have had for years. Tyler is small and conservative, I guess I don't have much to complain about because most of the time the guys here are great. I know I am not the only one who has a "hanger on" who starts snaking around for favors when his cash is low.

Oh trust me, I still get cancellations. I had this happen to me the other day.

I was about to take a nap (I had things to do that evening and didn't want to be tired). I got a P.M. I have a small window can you see me? You'd think he would have just called or texted. I had seen him before so we already know each other. My phone was stuck loading eccie so I get up and go to my laptop. I log in and reply (this all maybe took 5 minutes). I get a pm back: My window has closed. What, in 7minutes? Ok! I got back in my bed and took my little nap.
