I have no idea why he gave me a "No" recommendation, but I do know that each time I have seen him has been a somewhat unpleasant time filled with indirect insults, talking to me like I'm an incompotent, idiot and just being overall rude the entire time. Even though I was insulted, I kept a smile on my face and continued to be as pleasant as I could. I have seen him multiple times only in hopes that each time would be better than the last. I clearly gave him the benefit of the doubt when I should not have.

This makes me sad. No one should put up with insults and rude behavior for any reason.
Your client though expressed dissatisfaction with your service at your current rate. It seems that your repeated sessions went downhill instead of uphill. This is unusual.
