Well, what I meant by dangerous is, that he is cunning and could literally hurt people without giving it a second thought, and be able to get away with it. The guy, you guys described, didn't sound that way, and I'm remiss to sully anyone with a label of either nature, unless I had some medical documentation and obvious proof. He just sounds underhanded, maybe shady, at this point. Definitely not someone I wanna hang out with. However, it's one thing to play around and call folks psycho, and it's a whole other to speculate on whether it's a medical condition or a genetic defect. But you guys go right ahead. You present an excellent diagnosis Maxi, but I disagree on this last part. I firmly believe that under certain situations that both can occur. Copter has shown multiple personalities, which fall under the diagnosis of "Dissociative identity disorder". This has clearly been established on the board (apologies for not providing you his full history). In fact, he has been previously banned for said multiple personalities. Thus, accepting that there are multiple personalities, it stands to reason that the separate personalities can individually have additional different issues such as psychopathic, sociopathic, or other issues.
Thus, you, Gemma, and I are all correct.
Last, this muti layer issue is the cause of the label "Broken Rotor" which I use to indicate broken on many different levels.

Ummmm...thanks, hon, but I was only explaining the differences, not diagnosing anyone. Someone stated he was a sociopath, so I provided info on what that is. Lots of gents have multiple handles, but I wouldn't diagnose them with a psychological disorder, either. It ain't right, but it's not necessarily an act which qualifies someone as a candidate for psychological disorders. And hey, I been broken, you been broken, we all been broken to some degree and at some point. No one gets a pass on having to deal with something overwhelming, at least not anyone I've ever met and gotten to know. It's how we deal with our traumas and what kinda support system we have in place, among other factors, which either help us cope and move on, or break us until we can.

Having said that, please know that I think he handled the lady in question inappropriately. I would not schedule with him, because I am uber careful and try not to see men that I think or feel, might not be a fan of women. My job is fun, and I'd kinda like to keep it that way.....LOL. It bothers me that it really upsets some guys that ladies can make a living doing something so much fun and good for everyone. Kinda puts a damper on the party, ya know?

Hey y'all, this thread needs to get back on track even though I am not certain what that is at this point since the issues have been resolved.

I do think trying to diagnose Helicopter (or any member as far as that goes) as having some mental disorder is treading on forum guideline #16.

Posting about/Speculating about another person's medical condition is strictly forbidden. If a member encounters a medical issue and would like to get feedback from others or share it with the community, this would be allowed, but under no circumstances is a member to discuss or state anything about another member in this regard, unless it is in response to a question posed by that member.
