I think it's ok to tell them you enjoyed the time. Maybe tell.then they qualify for a special preferred customer rate. That keeps it business, but increases the chances he will come back soon and often.

But, either way, sometimes that's how a slippery slope, as Emmie mentions, starts.
Are there rules? No. So, as others have said, common sense must be in place.

And, omg, favorites can turn into friends. Again, as others have said, boundary lines.
Frankly, I think there's benefits with a long term arrangement, even if it happens to be infrequent. A key item being quite easy for both folks to shift into GF/BF mode and have a lot of fun. But, those may take a while to develop.

So... a cold call? How would you actually phrase that? A key item being, how do you think the guy would understand that? Note Gemma's comment on that item.
