Really though, when you say "too much" this can mean a lot of things. It really depends on the person and the purpose of the constant masterbation. Is it something done mainly out of boredom or frustration, an escape from reality, is there always porn involved? Masterbation can have some physical effects if done too much; desensitization, inability to orgasm outside of self touch, difficulty maintaining erection during sex.. I have known men, young and old, who experienced issues due to masterbating too much. It can even be a "coping" method for emotional distress, but there's some danger in that. I mentioned porn because sometimes the cognitive stimulation induced by visual aids can sometimes condition our brains to crave that stimulation simultaneously with the physical activity, i.e: porn addiction, which can cause issues in a steady relationship. So we end up needing those things to get off. In extreme cases these things could be issues, but I would just say to examine your motivations for doing so if you did feel that you were doing it excessively. If it's just a fun stress reliever that doesn't seem to cause any physical difficulties, have at it! Fapping is great.. in fact, I think I'll go relieve some stress before I start my day..
