abc 2the fucktard didn't make the list, because the last update of the list was in July.
Fancyinheels, Traveling gent, wolf whistle and numerous others didn't make the "official list"
There was a rude comment about someone updating the list, to which I replied with a request for additional names. Crickets after that.

Let me try to word this correctly, I'm sure deerhunter can help if I'm incorrect. Perma BANS to primary accounts are rare, secondary accounts are BANNED permanently quite often. It's very in vogue to have multiple accounts these days. I'm not one to follow fashion trends however.
So, in answer to your question, most BANS if not all are temporary.

I know that CB, yet NO ONE including yourself is offering any additional names.
