The GOP would be stupid NOT to confirm Merrick Garland.

They will NEVER get a nominee that moderate from Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders. And Garlend is already 63 years old. He will probably retire or die by age 75 (or shortly thereafter), so he isn't a pick that will be around for 30 years.

And nobody has ANY idea who Trump would pick. And he won't beat either Clinton or Sanders in any event.

Ginsburg will be dead or retired soon enough. I don't want Hillary or Bernie picking two in their first term.
