As a parting gift, he just signed the latest NDAA, continuing the practice of indefinite detention without due process, and establishing a Ministry of Truth. That's not what it's called, but that's what it is. I don't think Trump will make any changes to this horrific law. Hope he nominates people who take an originalist view of Constitution to the SCOTUS.

I'm sure there are plenty of sights that use that phrase.

#1 .... as I pointed out from the statute provisions there is not such thing, and the statutory provision have nothing to do with domestic communications.

#2 .... this country has circulated and/or broadcast propaganda since it's inception .... within the borders and overseas .... some of it is true, some of it is misinterpretation, and some of it is outright lies. There is a current discussion about countering the recruiting done by ISIS/ISIL.... that will be propaganda...some true, and some not.

I hope you are familiar with "counterintelligence" techniques and methods.

I said it wasn't called a "Ministry of Truth" but it will have the same effect. It will give the government much more control over what is considered "fake" news and censorship. It also still contains the provision allowing the government to indefinitely detain American citizens with no due process. I guess you like that, eh, YugoLover/FreedomHater?
