Hola,

If a provider got BAN for outing but is claiming that it wasn't for outing. Can a Mod clarify that it was for outing ?

I would have to say no. The rules are pretty clear that the only person who is allowed to discuss their banning is the person who was banned.

Shame though-- I'd prefer to know who the LPMOW's are.

Do you know how many clients are putting them in danger by seeing a provider who was banned for outing! Damn

Also providers befriending somebody so dangerous...

Staff members are not allowed to discuss such matters.

The banned provider can clarify the matter on her own when she returns, if she chooses to do so.

Allow me to answer the question you asked. A modtard can clarify misinformation to a point.

Example 1: deerhunter outs Wakeup. deerhunter serves a ban. deerhunter comes back and denies he was ban for outing........a modtard can say nothing to correct the record.

Example 2: deerhunter outs Wakeup. deerhunter serves a ban. deerhunter comes back and states he was banned on a points accumulation........... a modtard can state that deerhunter is lying about the reason he was banned.

Example 3: deerhunter outs Wakeup. deerhunter serves a ban. deerhunter comes back and admits he was banned for outing Wakeup............a modtard can confirm that deerhunter did indeed get banned for outing.
