If a provider is trying to shake off stalkers, she should ask the powers-that-be to guest (not just disable) her handle, then discreetly return using a new handle.

How many active/disabled accounts can a provider have, without waiting for the account to become cancelled? Will there be Pictures, Posts, and Reviews in BOTH accounts? If providers are allowed to do this, maybe we need a recount on the total members of 406,855 on this site.
