What I personally appreciate about ~P's ShowCase bio is that its blunt without being abrasive. Just because there's no room for ambiguity as far as what is to be expected of a client during screening and the session itself doesn't mean the client is being dictated to. Based on the reviews it would seem as though she returns the favor for those who simplify the transition from pre-screen to session. Laying out all the rules & fees lets me know what the score is then-and-there so I can either a) select a different provider, or b) get my ducks in a row ahead of time so as to put her at ease quicker.
