Here Is What I Think Kavanaugh Should Do.....
Tell the Senate to delay the vote for one month. After exactly 30 days, have the vote.
In the mean time, turn over everything evolving the allegations by Dr Ford to the FBI. They will have the 30 days to interview anybody who has any knowledge of this affair, then turn over the info to the Senate.
But, make it plain that there will be a vote before the mid terms, no matter what.
This will satisfy the Democrats demands for an FBI investigation.
It will also satisfy the Republicans account that all of this is nothing but a stalling tactic in the hopes by the Democrats that the Senate will flip.
If the Democrats will not agree to this, then tell them to fuck off and have the vote the very next day.

I'd tell them to fuck off right now and vote tomorrow.

What is the FBI going to investigate? No forensic evidence. She doesn’t even recall when and were this supposedly took place? Besides, it’s not their jurisdiction. The Montgomery DA doesn’t want to investigate unless there’s a formal complaint registered. She doesn’t want to do that. Her lawyer won’t be able to control any terms and conditions like she’s doing now with the help of the Senate Democrats and the media.

i see where Jackie is going with this. get it settled so no future bitching about Kavanaugh being on the Court. really doesn't matter but good idea. if he gets confirmed he's on the Court for life.
any decision he votes on won't be tainted by this false bullshit, but if you prove it's false bullshit (it is) it takes away any challenges in the Courts.

The FBI isn’t a court of law. They already did 6 background checks on him. It’s the Senates job to advise and consent. Why ignore the Constitution for this cunt? Just vote up or down. If it’s down, roll tide. It will be a red tide.

What are you going to do after 30 days and a new "rape victim" comes forward?

What challenges? It's been 25 years since Anita Hill and she hasn't gained any traction.

If you watch Megan Kelly, the women in her audience are applauding Megan Kelly when she destroys the Dem arguments. Time to vote!

I agree - giving them thirty days is too dangerous.
Vote yes or no. If no, get someone else and move on. The only way the Republicans lose is if they don't get someone on the court before the election.

times have changed. the Dems are desperate. what they wouldn't do in the past is no longer off the table. those idiots are so hell bent to dethrone Trump they are willing to floss their teeth with a chain saw. or give themselves an enema with a fire-hose.
either way .. it would be ... messy.

Sure. Truth always works.
Remember, before there was Reality TV there was REALITY.
Problem is a bunch of very angry people can’t tell the difference.

Maybe it needs more time? How long did they investigate other similar issues?
What if a number of women step up to #metoo his ass? What if a number of men do?
What if we discover that the GOP didn’t really vet this guy at all?
What’s your rush?
