Since the guy was a Fed can the FBI claim jurisdiction and investigate?
It is much harder these days to fake a suicide than when they whacked out Vincent Foster.
Traffic cams for vehicles near the area, angle of entry of bullet, where the gun fell, prints on the weapon, GPS data on every cell phone in the area including the victim, overhead surveillance even in remote areas, state of mind in his last days, computer searches, medical records, DNA on anything near the crime scene, chain of custody of the weapon, reputation and connections of the local cops etc, etc.
Philip Haney (a REAL whistleblower) gets 'suicided'.
