Not quite correct. Politifact, one of Facebook's "independent" fact-checkers, claimed her statement that Biden could not yet be called the President-elect, was false. She THREATENED to sue, saying she wanted to put them through discovery.

Facebook threw Politifact under the bus immediately, saying there was no actual relationship between them. Politifact reversed their finding immediately, saying her claim was true after all.

One gets the impression that somebody REALLY didn't want Politifact hauled through discovery (basically the legal equivalent of a full-on colonoscopy, without anaesthesia).

So-- were you guys up in arms when Trump was at the White House on November 9, 2016-- and referred to as President-Elect Trump by Obama... more than a month before the results were certified? Or are you just up in arms now because you've got sand in your vaginas? Just curious.


This case may be the only case that actually manages to make it to SCOTUS. Its the only one I've seen so far that could make it as presented and argued on the merits of the original evidence. But-- at the end of the day, its nowhere near enough to flip the election. Also somewhat sad that they're willing to throw out about 600k Republican votes along with the bathwater-- but winning at all costs is a thing, I suppose.
