Would you or wouldn’t you?

If you knew for certain a provider had been arrested before for providing - would you see them again? What if you knew a provider was on probation? Part of me says that does not seem to be a good idea and part of me says ok this person has taken a hit before but didn’t bring anyone else done with them so they are legit. (When I say didn’t bring anyone down with them - it’s because they been reviewed post arrest- good review)

But having said that - just curious to know if anyone else thinks this way or what way you think about all that?
