I saw nothing that guy posted as angry. All I saw was him fucking with some people. You do it all of the time so why can't he? He's just a lot better at it than you are though. A problem with "government issue" has historically been a lack of thorough scientific investigation and extended studies to determine as best possible the potential long-range consequences of the use/application of the device and/or substance.
