“If you say so” is most often a dismissive or rude comment. It's basically saying, “I really don't agree with you and your opinion really doesn't matter to me.”
In this forum, it used most often by 1 poster (over 2,800 times). It's basically a lazy response saying, "I am unable to provide a proper argument or a coherent response, so I am giving up." "I would rather post cartoons."
