Sorry for your bad luck there. I can’t comment on her reputation elsewhere, but at least on these boards, it has been pretty consistently stellar for years. I don’t recall having ever read a bad review. Regardless, it sounds like you had some disappointment there. Hopefully that will even out for you soon and you’ll get surprised in a good way.
