Hey now, J, that kind of language often leads to more government "solving problems" and income redistribution.
Don't go tossing that around casually.

Sounds like someone is lobbying for some of those Bernie Sanders policies to be put in place. Hey, they aren't all bad.

It’s an easy fix, no redistribution needed. Simply require the government to spend no more than it takes in, less a small percentage set aside for emergencies and to pay off the debt they’ve already accumulated. If that results in reductions of government services, so be it.

Well, the GOP is currently trying to get rid of Social Security to make up for their reckless spending (the House of Reps controls spending, btw). That sure as fuck isn't any kind of solution.

Yet another false statement from you. Your falsehoods never end. I guess that is what happens when you don't have facts on your side

So what happens when a president cuts taxes to a tune of 4 trillion in a hot economy? What happens when you have 4 covid economic payments and nothing is coming out of China. What happens when the economy starts to come out of the covid mess? but there is still nothing coming out of China?
Inflation was inevitable.

tax cuts had nothing to do with inflation. the Dem helicopter money dump is the single biggest cause of recent inflation.

I haven't shopped at Wal-Mart or ate at McDonald's in over a decade. Why? They are the two biggest welfare queens in the country. If you can say the same, then we can have the welfare discussion.

Corporate welfare is far worse for the economy than any families out there trying to make ends meet. Once again, Republicans let corporations off the hook over and over again with regards to taxes. So it's impossible to have this conversation if all you're looking at are the people just trying to keep the lights on. They aren't the welfare problem in this country.

Not just welfare but also the free handouts of heavily subsidized ACA health care freeloaders get

And then make everyone pay the same % of taxes - so the bottom 50% are not freeloading off the rest of the country

Billions. Especially in the form of things that go pew pew and kaboom.

Those things don't really have an appreciable impact on domestic inflation directly. Don't add to monetary supply. And generate economic benefit domestically.

They have to have some effects, we bought them, we gave them away for free, and now we have to not just replace them, but gear way up to produce far more of them, for both Uke and our own use.

Eating into our budgets, and weakening our military, which isn't doing that good right now anyway.
