as you know, each administration can alter criteria for immigration as they see fit and that includes revoking a prior admin's rules and criteria. Biden intentionally flooded the country with millions who did not or ever will be eligible for asylum.


is that illegal? given more than half never qualified to begin and were allowed in anyway yes it is. you like to talk about due process. you do know that there is no right to a hearing by a judge. an applicant for asylum can be denied by any border agent at a point of entry or when encountered along the border.


Trump is undoing what Biden did and he as every right to do it.

Not my goalpost. It's the Trump administration goal. 1,000,000 deportations in a year carried out by the government. Talk to Homan and Miller about revising their metrics

You're also mixing up success with border security as success with interior enforcement efforts. He can be very successful at the border and still miss his deportation goals. In fact, right now you could and should be arguing that his numbers reflect him being a victim of his own success at the border. It means he has to focus on interior enforcement to find the growth he needs novel approaches like eliminating TPS. If folks leave timely, that's not a deportations. We can't have you double and triple dipping

You have also habitually missed what happened with the Secure Communities program. It's got some attack vectors that you should be using to argue that Obama poisoned the well for Trump.
