Regardless of why they canceled the show it was not just improper for the FCC to threaten the affiliate licenses of ABC it was illegal in my book.

Having the government threaten the speech of a broadcaster because they found it offensive is a first amendment violation.

1) ABC can fire any employee just for making them look bad. Its in their contracts.

2) Kimmel isn’t a “Broadcaster” either.
