Default Hypocrisy by another other name, still stinks to high heaven...

So now we learn that Beth Yusi, the Virginia prosecutor who fought against charging Letitia James, was fired for allegedly emailing investigative files about James to her personal account.

Let that sink in.
The same prosecutor who wrote the “no evidence” memo somehow had so much evidence she needed to take it home.

DOJ calls it a “policy violation.” Her lawyer calls it “nonsense.” CNN calls it “internal turmoil.”

But let’s call it what it looks like: damage control with a digital paper trail.

If Yusi really did forward files, that means she removed active case material from DOJ servers — a major breach. That’s not “career dissent,” that’s “career suicide.”

If she didn’t, then DOJ’s audit logs must’ve shown something that made them sure enough to pull the trigger. Either way, they don’t fire a 20-year prosecutor on rumor alone.

And here’s the part everyone’s pretending not to ask:
➡️ What exactly did she do with those emails once they hit her private account?
➡️ Who else saw them?
➡️ And why did every “insufficient evidence” argument somehow end up outside official channels?

When the prosecutor who wanted to protect Letitia James gets caught protecting her files, it starts to sound less like a legal disagreement — and more like a leak disguised as conscience.

As Obama's pastor so famously said, " The chickens are coming home to roost!".

An other favorite Democrat mantra: "No one is above the law!"'

I really hope that the prosecution has a solid case on both Comey and Bolton.

I don't see how the DOJ possibly wins this. Cruz was questioning Comey about Russiagate when he asked him if he'd ever authorized someone to leak. Comey replied "I stand by the testimony...that I gave in May of 2017" to Chuck Grassley. He never said he didn't authorize someone to leak. He never answered Cruz's question, so how can you accuse Comey of lying?

At the time of his testimony to Grassley in 2017, apparently Comey hadn't authorized a leak. He did subsequently, when he authorized his friend, Daniel Richman, a Columbia law professor, to leak Trump's request to drop the Michael Flynn investigation.

Comey probably didn't lie to Grassley, when Grassley asked him if he ever "authorized someone at the FBI to be an anonymous source about the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation." If Comey did, then it's going to be awfully hard to prove. Andrew McCabe says Comey didn't authorize him to leak info about the Clinton Foundation or Russiagate. And that's what Grassley was getting at. Also, please note that Richman, who leaked AFTER the hearing, wasn't an employee of the FBI.

Again, I don't like Comey. And the prosecution of Flynn, and some other prosecutions directed by Comey when he was a prosecutor, were shams. But the case against Comey doesn't hold water.

Bolton maybe.

Comey won him the first election. That case will be dropped

even you know Comey didn't intend to get Trump elected. he was covering his FBI ass so the NYPD couldn't rat him out if Clinton won about those pesky emails the NYPD found on Carlo's Danger's laptop.

the IG report already found Comey had violated policy by leaking info Biden's AG Garland covered his ass.

Default Update:

DOJ admits full grand jury never reviewed final Comey indictment, further imperiling case

The Justice Department admitted Wednesday that the operative indictment against former FBI Director James Comey was never presented to the full grand jury — a procedural error defense attorneys say should bar the prosecution.

The admission came under sharp questioning from U.S. District Judge Michael Nachmanoff, after several judges overseeing parts of the case had raised concerns about the government’s presentation and an apparent discrepancy in the grand jury record.

Instead of presenting a new indictment to the full panel after it rejected one of the counts, interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan gave the grand jury’s foreperson an updated version — not seen by the other grand jurors — to sign.

Comey’s case is so flimsy, so full of errors, he’s gonna get his ticket dismissed.

So will the others persecuted and prosecuted for opposing the earless leader. (That would have been a good one had he actually been shot in the ear.)

Debatable whether spelling errors and typo errors matter or not.
Well... unless one is trying to avoid "hits" in a FOIA search.

Let's meet some of these typo's, shall we?

But first, let us give ye olde secret decoder ring a whirl:
Reinhold Niebuhr, aka James Corney == Jim Comey
HRC, aka Secretary Clinin == Hillary Clinton
Weiser's == Anthony Weiner's
Abeddin's == Huma Abedin's

FWIW: Daniel Richman was Corney's conduit to the controlled media.

Spreken zee Englishy much?!?

This case has become an absolute fucking dumpster fire!!!

Anyone with the slightest bit of objectivity is not surprised.

Halligan has been thoroughly humiliated so far. And many knew she would be.

A dismissal looks possible quite soon!

I kinda hope NOT, actually.

Halligan et al have been exposed as being so inept in the pre-trial hearings that I am looking forward to more of the same in an actual trial!

After this big-haired hag gets bounced from the DOJ over incompetency that even that Taint-licker Bondi can't ignore, she will be looking over her shoulder for years to come in fear of a disbarment.

Regardless, it is only a matter of time before da judge issues yet another "scathing ruling" against the Trump shills. Those are becoming as common as Troll threads and outdated hooker pics.

Hey MAGA: please tell us exactly WHEN you become so fucking embarrassed by the incredible incompetency and self-serving fealty of these motherfucking idiots that you start to reconsider what the fuck you are actually supporting.

They are making you look far worse than we ever could!

(oh! The meritocracy!)

Au contraire Pierre. We now know that Lindsey Halligan has that Tiger-Mom energy in her skivvies and both Fishy-Tishy and Jim Corney are skeered to death of her because of it.

Not that the Muh Russia, Russia, Russia is directly related (actually it is). So I'll skip over that part of the below article, but it does show: she ain't no incompetent DEI boob (though she does know how to rack-em-up and they seem mighty nice and all). To be fair; it does show how corrupt, nepotistic and partisan infested the EDVA was prior to her joining the team.

Not to mention that she does play hardball when needed, like she did in clearing out the roster of partisan hacks at the EDVA

A-N-D she can hit the three point shot, like she did with pulling together the Fishy-Tishy and Corney cases herself, while simultaneously importing more headcount from other divisions.

All-in-all, a pretty solid captain of the new and improved EDVA team.

Lindsey Halligan Brings Russiagate’s Last Case To A Close After Seven Years Of Injustice
By: Hans Mahncke October 23, 2025

The new U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia is honest, fearless, and competent and just ended a Russia hoax case.

...Who Recommended Former U.S. Attorney?
Unfortunately, things did not improve under Trump’s second term, largely because the U.S. Attorney’s Office that handled the case, the Eastern District of Virginia, was in poor hands. The office was run by Trump appointee Eric Siebert, a man backed by Virginia Democrats Tim Kaine and Mark Warner, who was obstructing Trump’s agenda. Given the sheer number of appointees, it is unlikely Trump had any idea who Siebert was, but whoever recommended him clearly should be held accountable.

When it became clear that Siebert was undermining prosecutions of James Comey and Letitia James, Trump removed him, notwithstanding strong objections from the media and apparently some within his own Department of Justice (DOJ). Even Halligan’s appointment met resistance within the DOJ, and it ultimately took a strongly worded post by Trump on Truth Social, directed at Attorney General Pam Bondi, to make it happen.

Halligan Gets the Job Done Fast and Well
Predictably, the media sought to portray Halligan as unqualified, crafting a caricature of her as a “dumb blonde” without the usual elite law school credentials, just as they once questioned Clarence Thomas while elevating a senile Mueller as a towering legal intellect. As usual, the reality was the exact opposite.

In just a few weeks as U.S. Attorney, Halligan accomplished more to uphold justice than her predecessors managed in years, or perhaps ever. She secured indictments against both James Comey and Letitia James, taking the extraordinary step of presenting the cases herself to deeply Democratic grand juries that few would have expected to indict a Democrat. She did all of this while contending with internal sabotage, mastering massive case files in days, and handling the courtroom work on her own...
Again, not that the Muh Russia, Russia, Russia is directly related to the above, per se (actually it is). The author, Hans Mahncke, does have a book out that might make for a great Christmas gift or stocking stuffer for friends or relatives that still have functioning synapses:
