He was driving an 18-wheeler in Kansas and received a CDL from Pennsylvania.

He was released into our country and granted work authorization by the Biden admin.

What spin? Trying to confirm if it's the same guy and whether he's on the U.S. terror watch list or just his home country's.

It matters because extra steps would have been needed to vet him for the CDL if he's the same guy, including a modified rig and assessments and a required certificate from the FMCSA.

The Paralympics part, if its him, has a potential immigration hook. And I know you love DEI and the ADA.

Trying to get to the objective facts regarding identity and how he got that job if it's him. There could be more than one guy with that name in Uzbekistan.

That doesn't confirm whether the U.S. had him on their watch list. Only that he the Uzbek government has alleged that he's a terrorist and issued an arrest warrant for him

The real issue appears to be the fact that the Biden administration issued him a work authorization and he was granted a CDL so that he could legally get a job as a truck driver in the US.

The Uzbekistan government terrorism claim is seriously suspect. It claims that he was associated with the wrong people and distributed anti government propaganda. Not exactly sure how that makes him a terrorist.
