Basically, that a-hole registered a bunch of cellphone numbers, and puts out a ton of ads. If it sounds too good to be true, it's often him. He doesn't speak very good English in his texts, and vacillates between being FBI, and their pimp, in his stories.

I've received snuff videos from him, and he googled my family names.
