It's completely different. The governments of Ukraine and Taiwan were installed in free & fair elections. They are legitimate. Maduro rigged and stole multiple elections in Venezuela. He is completely illegitimate. And that's not just my opinion. It's the view of the European Union and 50+ countries that refuse to recognize Maduro's regime. For that matter, it was also the view of the Biden Administration.
The other fact that makes your analogy false is - Ukraine isn't shipping (forbidden topic) into Russia, killing tens of thousands of Russian citizens a year. Ditto for Taiwan. It's not threatening or killing anyone on the Chinese Mainland, either with weapons or (forbidden topic). There's no casus belli for either Russia or China.
Another big difference is - we're not invading Venezuela. We will help them stabilize and restore a free & fair democracy. But our presence will be light and unobtrusive, unlike Russia's genocidal scorched-earth war in Ukraine or any scenario under which China might attempt to take over Taiwan.

You contradict yourself. If Putin was already inclined to try to snatch/kill Ukraine's leader Zelensky, he obviously isn't waiting for us to give him a green light (which our incredibly well-executed Caracas raid didn't do anyway). For years, Putin has been poisoning his opponents in the West with impunity. If anything, Trump's actions against Maduro should give him pause, not a green light.
Xi has no capability to kidnap Taiwan's President short of an all-out invasion. The Taiwan Strait at its narrowest point is 80-90 miles wide. What's he going to do, sneak in a commando team, grab the guy and smuggle him back over to the Mainland? For what? That's not even an option to him.
Xi's best option is to order a blockade/quarantine of all shipping in/out of Taiwan. You would be better off arguing that our current naval quarantine of Venezuela gives him a precedent, or an excuse, to do so.
