Nope.
You blamed Trump for any increase over the last 12 months.
You shall celebrate Trump for the current decrease.

Just for you big boy.
“President Trump does have some connection to this trend through his administration's energy policies in 2025, which emphasized deregulation and boosting domestic production. These included rolling back environmental regulations from the prior administration, ending restrictions on liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports, approving new export capacities, and promoting increased drilling under the "energy dominance" agenda.
US crude oil production rose during the year, from about 13.1 million barrels per day in January to record levels by mid-2025, contributing to global oversupply that helped push prices down.”

No, I didn't. Mostly pointed out where to find the cheapest gas and when the prices weren't falling.
And I shall do as I please. Thank you valued poster. Especially for using 1 year lookbacks. I knew you'd come around

One thing you will do whether you like it or not is pay less at the pump under Trump than Biden.

I know. It was $2.39 when Biden took office. So while we've come down from the highs, I won't really celebrate until it comes down even more

Oof. Biden’s $2.39 is 35% higher than Trumps $1.77 from term one.
Let’s move the goalposts all day shall we? I’m available.

If it was $1.77 when trump 1.0 took office, that's thanks to Obama. The $2.39 when Biden took office was thanks to trump 1.0
(as long as we're insisting on this silly farce that the POTUS controls gas prices lol)

The facts in post 438 don’t fully agree with that. Trump has in fact influenced gasoline prices.
Biden’s interns also impacted gasoline prices on several occasions, including pre-election, by releasing strategic oil reserves to help with the Biden administration’s obscenely high inflation.

Would someone please explain to Jayzee the difference between "control" and "influence" or "impact"?
Thanks in advance!

Gas in Greensburg is 3.05. Wo a club discount.
This game of gasoline being cheaper anytime is a ruse. It will take years or decades for Venezuela to have increased in oil that helps. The infrastructure is dilapidated and needs replaced . That will take A LOONG TIME
