Couldn’t agree more. Missing those good old days in DFW, when we used to get so much better service for the price. The price-to-service ratio used to be a huge thing in DFW—anyone providing mediocre service wouldn’t last long in business.

The massive migration to Texas, especially the hordes that moved to Dallas over the last 5–6 years, has really changed the market. No offense intended, but it’s frustrating and depressing when not just the housing market, but the overall quality and value, get impacted by such a large influx.
