Yeah the guy was just full of shit. Trying to bootstrap some Intel. Bottom line, pussy is kinda like real estate. It's all local. Zillow can give you a general sense of the market but it cant tell whether the pipes in a house work. Only someone with local knowledge who has well, been INSIDE the house knows. You have to trust the person who says they have been inside that particular house. That's why we have appraisals, real estate agents and all kinds of local people to ferret out local value. A real monger isn't going to trust a global pussy database on faith. I don't trust the reviews on list crawler. I Cross reference them with something more verifiable. The op was some kind of scammer, probably a guy setting up a something like a bullshit dating app with bots and ai that generate reviews
