What’s Cookin’ today?
This a 2 part threAD-
1) Who’s available this weekend, In or Out, for some good old-fashioned GFE?
2) What are you home cooking while couped up? I’m making meaty smothered pork neck bones w/onions, small red beans & rice, boiled cabbage with small red potatoes, dry/no sugar southern cornbread (I don’t like sweet, moist cornbread), and a couple of glasses of ice cold whole milk, dessert may be one homemade blueberry muffin….I’m a good cook and my blueberry muffins are KILLER!!

Roasted a chicken now Turing it into green chilli. Some white beans roasted corn, green enchilada sauce, several peppers and Tomatillos.
