What’s worse, getting a covered bj when you expected bbbj, or getting arrested?
If you gotta have certain activities, stick with women known to provide them. If you have to be a pioneer, don’t risk your freedom over it.

Well if you get arrested you can definitely expect a bbbj, giving one not receiving one though.

Jail is full of depressed dudes riding out their time. An occasional fight breaks out but it's mostly just boring.
Some prisons can be dangerous but tbh it's overstated in popular culture. The guards are more dangerous than the prisoners usually

This is going down a rabbit hole….. but Just a thought. Last time I returned to DFW from an international trip, I had my passport ready to hand to the person at the entry counter. He said he didn’t need it…. I glanced at the screen and he had my record pulled up… picture and all. Obviously, facial recognition. I assumed they had such things but that was the first time I saw it first hand.
What are the odds this facial database gets shared beyond the State Department to local/state law enforcement agencies for cases like these?
Early contributors of DNA to the genealogy websites were assured that the DNA profile was secure and wouldn’t be shared. Now it’s a significant investigation tool for law enforcement.
For these studio cases, all they would need is a camera in the hallway getting faces going into the apartment. They convince a judge that you going into the apartment where the P4P happens would be enough to get a search warrant for your phone or other things.
You ask, Why would they go to all that trouble just to bust a number of “johns”? Can you imagine the chilling effect the investigation alone would have? Even if convictions ultimately didn’t happen.

If you’re a child molester like a promoter here, you will be fucked by mates. But if you’re in by prostitution related charges you should be ok.

They won’t get convictions unless guys confess and plead guilty, and the civil rights lawsuits are going to deter most PDs from going down that path. Lewisville PD is already under fire for their aggressive anti-prostitution efforts, and what you are describing is 10x worse.
I am not saying we will never see that happen, but it isn’t going to become commonplace.

Interesting point here - honestly not sure. I remember with the Boston studio busts that they busted some "john's" and paraded them through the media......but i can't remember how / why these "john's" got busted. Anyone remember?

I don’t think it ever said. Probably went down the list and only went after high profile people. Some of them were lawyers and doctors. Hard reminder never to send your IDs and all the other personal stuff k orgs ask for

For the Boston and Tyson case, 3 owners made the deal with prosecutor and at least 5 John’s made the deal. Owners were link to agencies in LA, NJ, Chicago and Dallas. I am sure court records have to deal details.

Skimmed through and I’m not good at quoting, but TinMan seems to have the most knowledge of all the posters I’ve seen so far.
I don’t mean this to be combative or rude, but I think a lot of people here making these comments need to do some more research/studying on how a lot of the law works, law doesn’t operate on common sense it operates on hard evidence even when common sense smacks the shit out of it.
Unless someone explicitly says they did P4P there’s always gonna be grounds to argue there was a misunderstanding somewhere, it’s not illegal to pay someone for their time, and even if you get caught having sex somewhere, face and all, cops catch you butt ass naked and balls deep, that means diddly squat unless they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was P4P or if the person talked too much and talked themselves into a corner. Just look at how many people get away Scott free or lightly off actual crimes when they obviously did it, TCAP is a good example of this where they do follow-ups and these dudes are hardly ever held accountable for crimes the other inmates would beat the shit out of them for…our justice system is THAT BAD to where these dudes will confess to Chris Hansen or Jidion for like 30 minutes straight and still won’t get locked up because PD was lazy, the judge was lazy, or the guy had a good lawyer.
Writing reviews isn’t evidence, advertising isn’t evidence…sure it can help someone build a case against you, but unless they have visual/audio proof of an illegal exchange then it’s kinda moot, if we operated on common sense then a lot of shit would be shutdown already, or the police would just force businesses to hand over devices in amps/strip clubs/whatever but getting that is incredibly difficult without it being willfully handed over. Someone gets arrested, they post bail and it’s just another Tuesday.
Abbott also has next to nothing to do with this, it was a regional no-name Houston democrat that made the push for this to become a felony and she had massive bipartisan support, both parties pushed for this, but when you see coordinated efforts it’s often from local sheriff’s offices seeking reelection.
Not a lawyer, so this isn’t 100% accurate, but suing alone, not even including a case/conviction being successful can take a counsel or PD a ridiculous amount of time and money to make it all work, they have better things to do.
Either way, there’s always gonna be a risk, and you are valid to be concerned about getting in trouble over some BS, but when someone starts questioning you please shut up and know that the only words you should be speaking are “I want a lawyer”, policed and detectives will 100% lie to you too, if you haven’t been contacted they don’t have enough on you, if you are questioned they also don’t have enough on you, otherwise they wouldn’t be questioning you.
