I understand the industry - and we have all been shorted on time and services, etc - but have never handed over $200 for nothing! not cool! also - when i do get shorted on time either the tip is short or I come to an agreement to make that time up next session, whenever possible.

Agree on making it up next time. Usually that works, unless it doesn’t…then you cross that provider off your list and go on here to warn everyone else.
