Maybe a little 'forced transparency'.
But I don't expect compliance...
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/fed...ments-unsealed
Quote:
A federal judge in Georgia has ordered the unsealing of documents tied to an FBI raid that seized 2020 election ballots from a Fulton County facility, potentially shedding new light on the bureau’s investigation.
Judge J.P. Boulee, who was nominated by President Donald Trump in 2019, gave the government until Tuesday to file the documents, including the search warrant affidavit with redactions.
"Although Petitioners originally filed this case under seal, both parties have now indicated to the Court that they do not oppose unsealing the docket or the motions filed by Petitioners," Boulee wrote in the order.

And it's absolute YES that I surely do believe they will do
their level best to comply-with the Judge's order. ...
('Course a Judge's order don't actually mean the world by the tail)
... Just sayin'

I still dunno why we got these duplicate threads. I mean...one is Georgia specific, supposedly. But they still got the same lies.
So yeah...we are gonna find out what the DOJ used to justify their "affidavit."
(maybe....it will be your INSIDERS!!!!)
This is not gonna look good for the DOJ, FBI, MAGA, and....deniers and liars everywhere.

Trump provided no evidence of election fraud.
He said he would. He said he had it.
What else is there to say ?

... Hang-on there, mate. ... WHY is it important to you
what the justification was? ... Fulton County had REFUSED
to turn over the requested information to The Georgia Board
of Elections... THAT should be justification enough.

You just repeat yourself. Which forces me to do the same.
The Fulton County board refused the State Board because they are controlled by partisan hacks and deniers. They are Trump toadies doing his bidding and they cannot be trusted. Three recounts and multiple investigations showed no relevant fraud. The State board pursues this anyway.
Your question "why is it important" is incredibly dense and naive. This seizure was predicated on disproven lies. It is part of the MAGA agenda to undermine the credibility of US elections and to retain power. It is despicable that you are helping to promote this. It endangers everyone.

... It's VALID question, mate - seeing-as the Georgia State Board of
Elections REQUESTED the information... THEY are the governing body.
Not Fulton County.
... You not understanding that is incredibly short-sighted and sad.
The seizure was predicated on Fulton County refusing the Board request.
Stalling and NOT complying with the rules and requests surely seek to
undermine the Rule of Law that helps protect Election Integrity.
... It IS rather predictable and not surprising that YOU keep
dismissing Fulton County's actions in a partisan manner.

It is not I who lack the understanding here. You should get information from real sources, not your fake insiders and click-bait web sites.. The State Board did not have the authority to seize those ballots. They have no enforcement power. So they got Trump's corrupt DOJ to do it for them.
And now...the FBI and/or DOJ and/or State Election Board have... LOST MORE THAN 50 BOXES!
I told you this would happen. All of this evidence has been corrupted now. They might as well "lose" the rest.
Well...we'll get that affidavit unsealed tomorrow at least. It's gonna make alla these lies look even worse than they already do....
JUST WAIT!

The one of briny wit does not understand the concept behind Chain of Custody. But it figures that maggies don't honour such things if it stands in the way of stealing an election. Regardless how they *FEEL* about who has the ballots. The chain is broken. And again, maggies don't like accountability. So, *if* something goes missing, they will do their utmost best to pawn it off on the demmie.

More 'proof', aka disinformation, this time on Michigan
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/jam...es-voter-rolls
Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., is sending a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi alongside Rep. John James, R-Mich
Quote:
|
Under Michigan law, individuals who apply for a driver’s license or state ID are automatically registered to vote unless they affirmatively decline," he and James wrote.
|
Not quite...once again, strategically not in the letter:
Automatic voter registration requires Secretary of State branch office staff to ensure that when Michigan citizens apply for or update their driver’s license or personal ID cards, they automatically are registered to vote if they are eligible and don’t want to be registered.
https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/...e=mcl-168-493a
Reference to Macomb County
Quote:
"What we have found is very disturbing — 239 non-citizens were found in the jury pool over a four-month period. In a cross check of our voter rolls it appears that 14 of these prospective jurors were registered to vote at some point in time,"
"Our [Qualified Voter File] shows instances where some of these non-citizens potentially having a voting history. One in particular appears to have voted several times, all of which could result in felony charges."
|
Michigan jury pool: The Secretary of State provides a combined list of licensed drivers and state ID holders to courts. In some federal districts, voter registration lists are also used.
Macomb County MI registered voters 719,756
239 non-citizens IN JURY POOL would be 0.0332%
13 non-citizens on voting rolls would be 0.0019%
I'm sure it's only coincidence that Michigan is resisting Department of Justice (DOJ) suit for its voter information late last year.
Yes, I would say it's disturbing...Heads up Macomb County Michigan, Bondi just might be sending Kash and Tulsi your way.
