that Georgia Election Officials - Raffensperger and the like
- Outright LIED about the 2020 Georgia Election.

They LIED about everything being on the up and up... Then lied
about their Fulton County re-count results...
Lied about their tabulation scanners and tabulation rolls.

And, of course LIED about "me" ballots...

The case was officially dropped by Pete Skandalakis, executive director of the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia, who took over after Willis was disqualified. He cited the impracticality of prosecuting a sitting president and stated that federal venues were more appropriate for the alleged conduct.

Under Georgia law, "improper conduct" that triggers mandatory reimbursement of legal fees refers to actions by a prosecutor leading to their disqualification from a case. If this misconduct causes the case to be dismissed, defendants are entitled to recover "all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred".

That's how the $17m gets reimbursed. Without the case being dismissed for improper conduct, no reimbursement.

drops the case, or if the Prosecution is REMOVED.

First, Fulton County Special Prosecutour Nathan Wade
was REMOVED... Then the Judge REMOVED Fani Willis's
Office from the case.
