i'm actually up another 32k .. since three days ago. i am truly shocked i had no idea rechecking two of my accounts just 3 days later would be up ANOTHER 32K.

Not to brag, but I was up 147% in silver last year. Up 25% so far this year. But very little of the increases are due to tariffs. Some, but not much.

Bad day thus far on the DOW

The core PPI, which excludes volatile food and energy prices, increased a seasonally adjusted 0.8%, more than the 0.6% gain in December and well ahead of the Dow Jones consensus estimate for 0.3%.

On an all-items basis, headline PPI rose 0.5%, also above the forecast for 0.3% and 0.1 percentage point more than the prior month.

For the full year, core wholesale prices accelerated 3.6%, while the headline index posted a 2.9% gain.

That's partially to blame and tied to tariffs

I've done lots of shorts, straddles, calls and long holds on probably 50 positions last year, and actively made easily 6 figures over the last year. So if your long on all your buys ala Warren Buffett and don't name names. It's just more baloney from the hooker board forum.

A federal appeals court on Monday declined to delay implementation of the Supreme Court ruling that invalidated most of President Trump's tariffs, allowing next steps in processing of tariff refunds to begin swiftly, following the high court's decision last month.

The decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit clears the way for the lower court, the U.S. Court of International Trade, to begin the process of crafting relief for the small businesses that successfully challenged Mr. Trump's global tariffs.
