Congress may have the balls to speak up but next year when the Bluenami sweeps over this striken land, he'll be gone. Impeached, convicted, exiled.

He comes up with many different reasons and statutes. Note the recent news about Trump tariffs.

It is clearly within his power as commander in chief, it’s not even debatable. You guys simply wish it wasn’t so lie to yourselves and try to convince others it’s true. It’s not. Obama bombed no fewer than 8 countries, crickets, because you happen to like the guy. The rules don’t change because you’ve got a problem with who’s in power.

Also, I'm pretty sure Trump called the first families his unauthorized war has destroyed and said just that "they knew what they were getting into."
