Can you provide any evidence of these claims or is this just more deranged conspiracy fodder? It’s particularly hypocritical to describe Mueller as heartless while defending Trump’s statement about Mueller.

None of this is supported by the investigative record. Peter W. Smith was never interviewed by Mueller, never subpoenaed by Mueller, and was not a target of Mueller. Smith died in May 2017 — two months before Mueller was even appointed. His death had no connection to Mueller’s work
