She is charged with Prostitution w/3rd or more which means:

having three or more prior convictions for prostitution, solicitation, or pimping elevates the charge to a state jail felony. This offense is punishable by 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and fines up to $10,000. These are permanent felony convictions.

While yes, its a felony charge-- its frequently bumped down or dropped, I assume. There is a local I know of that has been arrested at least 6 times for that specific charge. The only time they actually went to state jail was when other things were also involved.
