Yeah, the referral happened. But here's the real deal: that big Republican-led audit of Arizona's 2020 election — the one Petersen pushed hard for — already wrapped up and said Biden won. They were specifically hunting for fraud... and came up empty.
What Mayes and Fontes really did was just ask Petersen: "Hey, what voter data did you send to the FBI? Did it include protected stuff like Social Security numbers or driver's licenses under state privacy laws?" That's not blocking anything — it's a legit elected official checking if sensitive info was handled right.
Oh, and Petersen? He's running against Mayes for attorney general right now. He basically sicced the DOJ on his own opponent. Funny how that detail didn't make the post.
The US Attorney's office? They basically said "thanks for the heads-up" and kept it moving. Last time Petersen tried getting them to probe a Democrat, they reminded him they're not detectives.
BAM's putting in all this effort over a referral that fizzled — filed by a guy in a heated election race against the target.

... Let's break-down your responce as I again show the FACTS:
... The (RINO) "Republican-led" audit was not looking
very hard for voting fraud... Just to show that Biden
"had more votes" in Arizona... Biden also "had more votes"
in Georgia - even some that never existed...
What Mayes and Fontes are doing now is encouraging
Maricopa Officials to not comply with the Federal subpoenas.
... In possible violation of the Law. ... But let's let
the FBI/DOJ decide that.
... So, Mayes and Fontes surely feel the need to educate
the Federal Grand Jury, The FBI and The DOJ on state
privacy laws?? ... Social Security numbers and also
driving license numbers??

... Mate, you DO understand that personal information
of that nature is constantly shared every day - on almost
EVERY Job Application you'll fill out, yes? ... And on EVERY
Job Application that would require you to DRIVE a vehicle.
So, understanding THAT - I reckon we can trust the FBI/DOJ
with that personal info ---- at least as much as you'd
trust the private, public or corporate employers. ..
... Let's see how the Arizona situation plays out.
... "BAM!" - Showing the Truth!
