Many of the creeks/river areas have a greenway and paths along them(i.e. Tobin Creek & Leon Creek), you can check with the Parks and Rec dept. For more rigorous hiking, Government Canyon Natural area is a great place. Maybe that is where EE was talking about. Good luck

I have a patented excercise program that just happens to require me and two beutiful ladies to make the most of it!! Now there is nothing more beutiful than that to distract from the endurance!! LOL

Mine is to run 1 mile a day and get back in shape. Maybe drop 20 lbs. in the process. Even though I'm over 45, I have no physical problems holding me back.
