Agree: (when it comes to hobbying) we hobbyists get caught up in the shuffle between 'little' head and 'big' head. We tend to be led by the man downstairs much too often.

'New'/'Young', will she last?
As I note 'New Showcases', and profiles screening across the homepage...every once in a while one just reaches up and grabs my attention:
Will this sexy lady last, matriculate to 'Mature'? Only time will tell, however her reviews reflect different experiences for the hobbyist. A reverse of YMMV, meaning, it seems that what the hobbyist brings to the table, she will rise to the occassion. Perfect definition of 'New': HOTTT experience. 'Young' in age as well as newbie but willing to try new things!

'Mature' and Sexy!
My preference is for 'Mature' as stated early. But sometimes a visual is better. So, without excluding others, I would like to present one who encompasses all of what you should come to expect with a 'Mature' lady.
She's versatile, sexy as hell, knows how to present her 'sexiness' without "laying it all out there", but in a manner that makes you want(need) her! This is the joy of being with a 'Mature' lady(she's on my 'WISHLIST 2012'):

I love it. I bought several T-shirts for Dallas that say "I Survived Dallas". I had her autograph one for me to keep.

My ATF Dallas4U. Some one had a review about her saying I survived Dallas. So I had some T-shirts made with that on it. She has some pictures of it.

I love to look at young ladies . . . but the mature providers tend to be more comfortable in their skins, provide less drama, and know how to use their assets to my benefit. That is just my experience . . .
