With this industry having a human commodity, you have to strive to be the "Best Company to Work For", so to speak. Happy employees make happy clients. It works well for big business. If employees know that they can look forward to healthcare and there are bonuses for doing good work, the turn-around rate is lower, and the employees are happier. Same thing with escorting.

I understand what you mean, and there are very few ladies that understand what higher rates implies and when to raise rates. That's the very reason why some ladies who deserve more choose not to ask for more.
