Agree, we've derailed the heck out of this one. I've never know Darien to be anything but the consummate professional when it comes to tcb. Lot's of ladies can take a page from her tcb skills. I think it's true that confirmation always helps but I also think that goes both ways. I've had a number of ladies confirm with me the day off or night before so if there's ever a question since it's their business I think it's their job to confirm as much as it's ours. All other businesses take the effort to confirm since they want the appointments kept so why not the ladies. I wouldn't expect my dr to blow me off because I didn't call to confirm or a contractor but again that's not apples to oranges.
