For me personally,
I would have to do a session like this only with someone I had seen previously, many times, and trusted. (I had a good handful of guys like that when I was still in Houston full time). Also, I would just ask for the normal hourly donation.

I've been lucky enough to experience this twice and both times were a blast! You just have to be able to control you explosion, i.e. not let go while driving...
I would like to say that my second experience was by far the most exciting. She wanted to be seen doing it, so we cruised around the beltway, sun roof open, and slowed down for every 18 wheeler we passed...

I've done this with several ex-gfs in the past and it's always fun to do something different. One thing is, if she NQNS, that's great, but if she needs to spit, and you're not prepared or can pull over, it could get somewhat uncomfortable.

To me, getting roadhead, is a normal thing to do. Gotten it with all my gf's and with many providers. Whenever I had multi-hour session provider, sometimes we decide to go out to eat or buy anything. I have never been refused when I asked to gimme head while I am driving. It is so normal to me that I remain in control without any problem, so maybe my case is unique.

Way Late to One Hell of a Party....
My only experience with this was last summer courtesy of a former provider. Pretty damn amazing!!! Although...one vote here for choosing your road with as much care - if not more! - than your companion.
A single-lane rural highway with a 70mph speed limit is probably NOT optimal...unless you also have a bit of a death wish...
MUCH too easy to wind up on the wrong side of the road!!!

I’m too chicken to try. If there was an accident then I would get the dreaded bbbjcoim (chomp off in mouth). Then she would have an unpleasant blood sausage in her mouth, I would need some extensive hail mary surgery, and there would be some pretty difficult explaining to do to my SO.
