I look for the following documented traits that are completely missing in the poll:

• Experience
• Maturity
• A good attitude
• A good reputation among experienced hobbyists
• A documented history of professional performance among experienced hobbyists
  

In my opinion, there are far too many pretenders, "wannabes" and those who haven't earned the title and right to be calling themselves and advertising themselves as an escort.
