Sounds like Mike Johnson is leaving the door open for a vote if the Dems get their act together and accept "massive reforms and strict income caps".

Johnson is the Speaker of the House. He never made a deal with Senate Democrats. He had nothing to do with it. They can debate it in the Senate but the House doesn’t have to vote on it. Take a Civics lesson.
