I watched a program where this polar bear swam 100 miles to this island that was inhabited by Walruses. He snuck around down wind so the Walruses couldn't smell him. Then he popped out of the ocean and grabbed one. He was a badass Polar Bear.

What could be the big difference? The two terms are used interchangeably now anyway. Besides all anyone does including you is talk about it. Not one serious solution has been implemented. So I think it's safe to conclude it's not that urgent of an issue. It's just that Liberals need to keep the idea alive.
